By continuing to access or use our Software after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Software.

The beauty of this soup is that you can make it a hundred times and have it taste different every time you make it. For this reason there’s no set recipe for Minestrone soup but rather some basic concepts of choosing and cooking veggies, legumes and pasta.

So, when do you add pasta to minestrone? If you want everything to cook in one pot, about 10 minutes into simmering the vegetables in Step 3. You’ll probably need to add 1 to 2 more cups liquid bit by bit, since the pasta will absorb some.
Dit recept is zo fantastisch. Ik gebruik alleen geen bleekselderij maar prei. Ben allergisch voor selderij. Heb deze variant gemaakt maar ook met runderbouillon. Heerlijk met wat geraspte parmezaanse kaas erover en olijf stokbrood. Zelfs uit de vriezer is de groente nog beetgaar.

Verscholen op het iconische, industriële en culturele NRE-terrein midden in Eindhoven, maar weg van de rest. Een plek waar alle vijf de zintuigen tot hun recht komen. Eén plek, maar eigenlijk ook weer vijf. Hier proef je verfijning in The Main, hoor je warme klanken bij The Stage, voel je de energie van The Bar, ruik je vakmanschap bij The Roast en zie je eigen evenementen tot leven komen in The Rooms.
